ATTACK PEST CONTROL SYDNEY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Reservation Conditions
1.1 The customer must be present at the scheduled appointment time. If the customer is not present, the appointment will be cancelled and a $140 travel fee will be charged.
1.2 The customer must answer the confirmation call before the technician departs to the property. Failure to answer will result in cancellation of the appointment.
1.3 By making a booking, you agree to all Attack Pest Control Sydney terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2.2 To cancel or change your appointment, contact us on 1300 300 114 (9am–5pm) or email [email protected].
2.3 If the technician arrives onsite and the customer cancels, refuses service, or requests to reschedule, a $140 inspection/travel fee will apply.
2.4 Failure to pay any charges may result in referral to debt recovery agencies, and the customer agrees to be liable for all collection costs, legal fees and administrative charges.

3.1 We accept payment via cash or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard). AMEX is not accepted.

3.4 International (non-Australian) cards incur a 5% surcharge.
3.5 Payment must be made prior to commencement of any service.

4. Work Conditions
4.1 Technicians are not required to move furniture, appliances, personal belongings or any items blocking access.
4.2 The customer is responsible for preparing the property as instructed prior to treatment.
4.3 Treatments cover exposed and accessible areas only. Hidden or obstructed areas cannot be treated.
4.4 Photos and videos may be taken strictly for reporting purposes. No media will be used in advertising without the customer’s written consent.
4.5 Attack Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, water leaks, dampness, mould, poor hygiene, hoarding, or conditions that contribute to pest activity.

5.2 The customer must follow all after-care instructions provided by the technician.
5.3 Failure to follow preparation or after-care instructions may void any warranty.
5.4 Pets, children and pregnant individuals must vacate the treated areas as advised.

6. Pest Treatment Frequency
6.1 The technician will assess the property and recommend the appropriate treatment plan.
6.2 Pest activity and frequency vary by location, hygiene standards, maintenance and environmental factors.
6.3 General pest treatments typically last up to 12 months but may vary.
6.4 The technician will recommend whether treatments should be performed every 6 or 12 months.
6.1 The technician will assess the property and recommend the appropriate treatment plan.
6.2 Pest activity and frequency vary by location, hygiene standards, maintenance and environmental factors.
6.3 General pest treatments typically last up to 12 months but may vary.
6.4 The technician will recommend whether treatments should be performed every 6 or 12 months.
7. LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY (RE-TREATMENT ONLY)
7.1 Warranty Period
Subject to the exclusions and conditions below, Attack Pest Control Sydney provides the following limited service warranties:

Due to their biology, reproduction rates, and insecticide resistance patterns, bed bugs and German cockroaches require multiple treatments over an extended period and are completely excluded from warranty coverage.
All treatments for these pest types are:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attack Pest Control Sydney's total liability for any breach of this warranty is limited to:

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.1 Warranty Period
Subject to the exclusions and conditions below, Attack Pest Control Sydney provides the following limited service warranties:
- General pest treatment (preventative): 6 months
Applies only to properties with minimal or no active pest presence at the time of treatment. - General pest treatment (active infestations): No warranty
Treatments are provided on a best-practice basis and may require multiple visits at additional cost. - Bed bugs and German cockroaches: No warranty (see clause 7.7)
7.2 Warranty Scope
This warranty covers re-treatment service only if targeted pests return within the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions in clause 7.4.
This warranty does not guarantee:
- (a) Complete eradication of all pests
- (b) Prevention of new infestations from external sources
- (c) Coverage for pest types not specified in the original service invoice
- (d) Any specific timeframe for pest elimination
7.3 Written Warranty Only
Warranty coverage applies only where expressly stated in writing on the tax invoice or accompanying service documentation. No verbal or telephone warranties are binding on Attack Pest Control Sydney.
7.4 Warranty Exclusions
No warranty applies where:
(a) Property conditions develop, exist, or worsen after initial treatment, including:
- Structural defects, gaps, or openings allowing pest entry or re-entry
- Water leaks, moisture problems, or plumbing issues
- Re-infestation from neighbouring properties or external sources
- Deterioration of hygiene or sanitation standards below reasonable levels
- Failure to follow written pre-treatment preparation instructions
- Failure to follow written post-treatment care instructions
- Failure to maintain reasonable hygiene and sanitation standards
- Failure to provide reasonable access for inspection or re-treatment within 7 days of request
- Engagement of another pest control provider for the same pest issue during the warranty period
- Natural disasters, severe weather events, or flooding
- Building renovations or construction activities
- Changes in property use or occupancy patterns
7.5 Pre-Treatment Assessment and Documentation
The technician will:
- (a) Assess property conditions and pest activity levels before commencing treatment
- (b) Document the assessment findings on the tax invoice
- (c) Clearly indicate whether the service qualifies for warranty coverage
- (d) Identify any conditions that may affect treatment effectiveness or warranty eligibility
- (e) Obtain customer acknowledgment of the warranty status prior to commencing work
- Acceptance of the documented warranty status
- Acknowledgment of any identified exclusions or limiting conditions
- Receipt of preparation and after-care instructions (where applicable)
7.6 Warranty Claims Procedure
To make a valid warranty claim, the customer must:
- (a) Contact Attack Pest Control Sydney within 14 days of first observing pest activity
- (b) Provide reasonable access for inspection within 7 days of our scheduling contact
- (c) Provide the original tax invoice or proof of service
- (d) Not have engaged another pest control provider for the same pest issue
- Respond to warranty claims within 2 business days
- Conduct an inspection within 5-7 business days of receiving a valid claim
- Provide re-treatment within a reasonable timeframe if the claim is approved
- Inspect the property before approving any warranty claim
- Deny warranty claims where exclusions under clause 7.4 apply
- Provide written reasons for any denied warranty claim
7.7 Bed Bugs and German Cockroaches
Due to their biology, reproduction rates, and insecticide resistance patterns, bed bugs and German cockroaches require multiple treatments over an extended period and are completely excluded from warranty coverage.
All treatments for these pest types are:
- Quoted and charged on a per-visit basis
- Provided without any guarantee of eradication within a specific timeframe
- Subject to separate treatment plans and pricing discussed with the customer
7.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attack Pest Control Sydney's total liability for any breach of this warranty is limited to:
- (a) Re-supply of the pest control service at no additional charge, or
- (b) Payment of the reasonable cost of having the service re-supplied by another licensed pest control provider
- Consequential, indirect, incidental, or special losses or damages
- Damage to property, furnishings, goods, or belongings
- Business interruption, loss of income, or loss of profit
- Pest-related health issues, illness, or personal injury
- Costs incurred in preparing property for treatment or re-treatment
- Temporary relocation costs or accommodation expenses
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Misleading or deceptive conduct
- Breach of consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded
7.9 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
