No Returns or Exchanges: Please choose carefully. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds on any Bed Bug Mattress Encasement (also known as a bed bug mattress protector) once purchased or opened.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Our mattress encasements are personal-use, sealed protective products designed to help prevent and manage bed bug infestations. To maintain strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards for every customer, we cannot restock items that may have been opened, tried, or handled after dispatch.
Before You Buy: Check Your Size
- Confirm your mattress size and depth (e.g., Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King; check height/depth fit).
- Review the product description for dimensions and fitting guidance.
- If unsure, contact us for sizing help before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
